2019 Draft:

1. Draft Date

- To Be Determined

2. Draft Type

- Blind, Auction Draft through Google Spreadsheets

Blind - Unable to view players bids and bid amounts of other teams

3. Draft Details

- Three (3) - Five (5) Rounds, Maximum of 48 hours per Round

- If all members of the draft have completed their bids prior to the 48 hour deadline, the next round will begin

Budget - $250 Total

Max Bids/Round - Eight (8)

- Violators of the Budget of Max Bids/Round limitations will be asked to alter the bids

Priority Bids - Higher Bid equals Higher Priority

- In the event a team has multiple bids out to fill one available positional spot (Ex: Quarterback), the bid amount will determine the implied priority set by the owner, thus (assuming each of these bids 'win' the player), the higher bid will obtain its associated player

- If the multiple placed bids are of equal value and, again, assuming each bid 'wins' the player, the bid placed higher on the list (towards top of the positional group list) will obtain its associated player

Bidding Tie - In the event a 'winning' bid results in a tie between two (2) teams, the team with the most dollars remaining in their budget 'wins' said player. If tie still holds, a coin flip will be used to determine the 'winner' of the player.

Fill Entire Roster - If your budget has reached $0 and your roster is not completely filled, you will be alotted $1 for each open roster spot remaining, but will be given those dollars in Round 5 of the draft (For Example, your remaining budget is $0 and you have 4 remaining positions that need filled - Your team will be given an additional $4 in the 5th Round of the Draft - These dollars can only be used for $1 bids until your roster is completely filled

4. Draft Day(s) Tracking

- Each team will be able to evaluate their remaining Budget and Bids per round on the Google Spreadsheet

5. Draft Round Completion Status

- Notify the commissioner your team has completed its bids for the round by selecting the checkmark on the Spreadsheet header under 'Round Complete?'

Example:

Clemson Tigers 2018 Schedule (10 total games) - ACC/Independent Conference

- 5 ACC/Independent Conference games

- 2-3 OOC BigXII/SEC games

- 2-3 OOC Big Ten/Pac12 games

League Standings:

- Standings will be determined by the following (in order of importance):

1. Conference Wins/Losses

2. Overall Wins/Losses

3. Points Scored

**Not head-to-head

Ranking System:

-Will be used to place teams 1-18 based on Total Wins, Points Scored, Conference Finish, Bad Losses, Elite Wins, and Top Wins

Bad Loss - Loss to a team ranked >=14

Elite Win - Win over a team ranked <=3

Top Win - Win over a team ranked between 4-6

-The league rankings will be updated on a weekly basis and can vary greatly from one week to the next

-Teams will be assigned a point total from the above criteria, the following is a breakdown:

Total Wins (max 0.500 points) - My Team Wins divided by Most Wins in League multiplied by 0.500

Points Scored (max 0.400 points) - My Team Points Scored divided by Most Points Scored in League multiplied by 0.400

Conference Finish - 1st: 0.075 points, 2nd: 0.030 points, 3rd: 0.015 points, 4th: 0.005 points, 5th & 6th: 0.000 points

Bad Losses - Loss of 0.025 points per bad loss

Elite Wins - Bonus of 0.035 points per elite win

Top Wins - Bonus of 0.0175 points per top win

**Bad Losses, Elite Wins, and Top Wins will be determined by the rankings/point totals generated from Total Wins, Points Scored, and Conference Finish. Once those rankings are determined, bonus points (Elite Wins, Top Wins) or subtracted points (Bad Losses) will be applied to your teams total. New rankings will then be generated.

**This is important to note because a team may be awarded an Elite Win (by defeating a top 3-ranked team), however, the rankings may have that defeated team ranked 5th in the new rankings. That is due to the Bonus/Subtracted points being applied off of Total Wins, Points Scored, and Conference Finish. This is to prevent complex, circular calculations within Excel.

-Point totals close to 1.000 are the teams with the better/best resumes

-Point totals near/below 0.500 are teams with the least worthy resumes
